The always-on-the-move tendency of the world just means that everyone needs to sacrifice most of their natural needs (eating luxury, entertainment indulgence, sex paradise and other prevailing ignorance) in order to achieve just one aspiration: "the destiny of the work." Everyday, employment is the biggest economic challenge of any government in the world and above all, dignity and prosperity of one's life as well as of any society in the world is calculated by the "working perspectives." However, a huge number of people, especially the youth, do not deeply understand and even possess some hints on natures of the work and this ignorance is one of the answers to growing joblessness. Here is probably the world's first article to unveil "The Natures of the Work." Understanding the purpose or purposes: Ask yourself why you need to do this job, but not that job and what are the benefits of your present or any prospective job; money or other destinies? Understanding your purpose or purposes would make you a staff between two different personalities. I have seen that a huge number of people always stick to money alone when they talk about job, and I rarely hear someone say they work for somehow dignity or community service. I do not say for money is right and for dignity is wrong or vice versa, but because you need to be very competitive, productive with less times, as well as qualitative with less resources, you need to think of your purpose or purposes of work, before grasping it. Sacrifice: The second nature of work is "sacrifice." Besides having your purpose or purposes of work, you are required to sacrifice for that purpose. No one would ever know this one secrete behind the term work: success is the must. The term work and success always accompanies each other; this means that any work that does not succeed is not called work and any success which is not the result of working sacrifice is not eligible to be called "success." So what do you have to sacrifice? Most of your daily indulgences, but not every of it. Your long-time eating habit, you sluggish personality, your numb metallization, your daily have-to-get-enough sleep attitude, your scheduled family gathering and other human luxury indulgences must be reduced for your working secret: success. Most of the people do not accept or totally reject my working concept, but please think again. We are living in a more than modern world where everyone always struggle to the front and how they do it? Sacrifice to be called the frontrunner, and of course success is the synonym of sacrifice. Indeed, should you never aspire to stand in the front, stick to your worldly cares. Never enough: The third nature of work is "never just here." Again and anew, within one second, there are things to facilitate you to achieve your working success, but these things may also changes the face, the quantity and quality of your success; these tendencies make one work into two or more works, make one purpose into two or more purposes. Because of the increasing ingredients of your working success, the nature of the work does tell you that you must proceed further, because the quality and quantity of your success will always soar up, by the daily ingredients.
