It's been a rough year (what year isn't!) and you are seeking to get some Rest and relaxation before having to take on adult roles again. So you've decided to search through some economical Caribbean cruises to see if anything comes up that suits your tastes.
The Caribbean is composed of a multitude of islands like The Cayman Islands, St. Lucia, St. Martin, Aruba, Bahamas, etc. Not all islands are known for the same types of settings and activities. Aruba for instance, though it does not supply the lushness and tropical island feeling as a Hawaii would, it does provide enjoyable weather, excellent shopping, good-natured folks, and casinos if that's your thing. For other casino hot spots, consider Antigua.
The U.S. Virgin Islands may be ideal for a romantic getaway if you are planning on traveling with a significant other. St. Johns especially is a great place to simply wine and dine under the sun in serene calm and relaxation.
Also whichever island you decie to go on, make sure to keep tabs on hurricane season and if the island you're interested in is in the hurricane belt of islands. All the aforementioned was just the tip of the iceberg.
There is so much to do in the Caribbean that it's not even funny. You can go on a plethora of cruises, go on a golfing retreat, go traveling, jet skiing, etc. Pretty much anything you want out of rest and relaxation- you can attain with an affordable Caribbean trip if you conduct some thorough research. |
